1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and before the service has been initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once work has started or files have been delivered, refunds may not be applicable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email admin@videoeditor.vswork.in with payment details.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled before work begins by contacting us.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Gateway fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
